Denise Burns
Founder/CEO
Minister Denise Burns is a native of Washington, DC; an ordained and licensed Minister since July of 2003 under the leadership of Bishop Bobby & Pastor Dorothy Holmes of Deliverance Church of Christ, Seat Pleasant, MD. Denise has an inate passion for uplifting women. She is the founder of One Sister to Another Outreach Ministry, Inc. (OSTA). OSTA started as OSTA Women's Fellowship in 1999 which lead to OSTA Outreach Ministries, Inc. As an advocate for victims of Domestic Violence, Homeless Women and a Supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness, Denise coordinates and facilitates mentoring programs and workshops geared towards women. Denise is a graduate from Pastor Paula's White's Ministries, Dare to Dream Mentorship Program (Dreamers Fulfilling Destiny Online Ministry), she received Biblical Training from Greater Mt. Calvary Holiness Biblical Institute in Washington, DC & Deliverance Church of Christ Biblical Training Courses, in Seat Pleasant, MD. Minister Denise is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice & Psychology at the University of Maryland University College, Adelphi, MD.
LaVonne Jenkins
President
LaVonne Jenkins is passionate about assisting broken-hearted women to overcome the psychological baggage that prevents them from pursuing their divine destiny. Although she is currently a DOD auditor, she aspires to join her husband in the fulltime ministry of help, hope and healing for hurting families. In 1996, she obtained a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University, and in 2005 she obtained a M.A. in Management from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. During 2006, LaVonne joined First Baptist Church of GlenArden, where she is actively involved in the Willing Workers Ministry, the Banner Ministry, and the Altar Counseling Ministry. She is a National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) Certified Temperament Counselor, currently pursuing her Ph. D in Pastoral Counseling, with specialization in crisis, abuse, domestic violence, group and family therapies.

Brower, MBA
CFO/Accountant
Porsha loves
helping people achieve their goals, overcome obstacles and become a source of
motivation for others. Her passion lies in teaching and in simply being of
service to anyone in need. Mrs. Brower earned her Bachelor's of Science in
Accounting and her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University
of Maryland,College Park. She actively serves on the Finance Ministry with her
church, and professionally, works as an Auditor for the Federal
government.
Adrienne Dorsey
Treasurer
Adrienne is passionate about helping others reach their full potential, lending a helping hand to those in need and growing in Christ. In 2007 Adrienne earned her Doctors of Pharmacy, Summa Cum Laude 2007 from Hampton Univeristy.
Denitresse Burns
Business Strategy Consultant
Denitresse has a passion for community, mentorship and empowerment. She holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in International Finance from Morgan State University (2002) and MBA from Tuck School of Business at Darmouth College. Denitresse works with John Deere in their Strategic Management Program.
